JC Giuca has spent 30+ years coaching across Juniors, Seniors, State Representatives, NPL, and Men’s and Women’s grades, most recently as a Technical Director in NPL clubs. He holds a Masters in Sports Coaching and coaches other coaches to build systems that last, not sessions that fill a Saturday.

Common Questions
What soccer coaching services do you offer?
Four: Technical Director consulting, pre-season and season planning, mental game programs for squads, and coach education and mentoring. Engagements can be delivered on site or remotely across Australia.
Do you work with clubs as well as individual coaches?
Yes. We work with clubs and associations building club-wide systems, and with Technical Directors and head coaches developing their own programs and staff.
What does a Technical Director consultant do for a soccer club?
A Technical Director sets and oversees the club’s coaching philosophy and player development pathway across all age groups. As a consultant, we assess your current structure, then help you build or improve that system, including mentoring your existing coaching staff to deliver it consistently.
Can engagements be delivered remotely?
Yes. Consulting, season planning and coach education can all be delivered remotely for clubs outside Melbourne, with on-site work arranged where it adds value.
What levels do you work across?
Juniors through to NPL and State Representative programs, across Men’s and Women’s grades. The approach is adapted to the level and age group rather than applied as a template.
